Well… I did a search today on “Webmaster Forums” to see if there where any new “fish” in the sea so to speak. To my surprise webmaster-forums.net showed up. I remember when this site was on page 5 (via google). This site has come a long way, a while ago I ignored it and through it out of my “forum cycle” due to its small size and very small selection of topics.
Looking at it now it still holds the same topics which I think is a mistake, but yet this forum looks as if it targets the lesser developed webmaster. In comparison if you take codingforums.com or ozzu.com you will notice their topics are seperated and (all have heavy traffic) for each programming language while Webmaster-forums.net has it tied all in one (Programming). This is a real downside for a poster like me because I want things organized and my ASP and PHP seperate!
However, for a not so experienced webmaster this is a perfect layout… so today I took the plunge and registered with Webmaster-forums.net - so far I have 2 posts and we shall see what kind of forum I am dealing with.
Two weeks into my new job at HedgeCo Networks and I can honestly say I have absolutely no complaints.
I was provided with a brand new computer (AMD Dual processor 1 GIG RAM - How can I argue?), was provided with a very decent pay, and was allowed to express my artistic and programming passion/talent without constraint.
I also get to live in Sunny West Palm Beach Florida! 10 Minutes from the beach…
Shortly we will be launching our new site and I can’t wait to see how the Hedge Fund World reacts.
