This morning right as I started working I noticed an interesting post on Digg… Manipulate images on the web?
Now, of course images can be manipulated on the web this wasn’t the question; however, the way it was written made me check it out.
*Click* - FotoFlexer - *thinks: This seems like a whole lot of nothing*
FotoFlexer: FotoFlexer is the most powerful online digital photo editor in existence. (from the website)
Come to find out they use their own image manipulation system (meaning Adobes) to rotate, stretch, and attach basic filters. After a quick play with it I have to say it is not HOT, it only allows for basic manipulation and mediocre text tools. What’s even worse is that you have to be registered with them to use it. If it is truly free then just let it be free
The system looks to be developed using Flex, that right there turns me off.
FotoFlexer: Not the coolest image manipulation system on the internet.
Anyways - check it out and let me know what you think about it: http://fotoflexer.com
As for me… Back to photoshop
You are probably asking the same question I did when I first say this title. However; this is quite a unique tool and it definitly earns my respect as well as my HOT sticker.

Check it out and you can decide for yourself
Well… I did a search today on “Webmaster Forums” to see if there where any new “fish” in the sea so to speak. To my surprise webmaster-forums.net showed up. I remember when this site was on page 5 (via google). This site has come a long way, a while ago I ignored it and through it out of my “forum cycle” due to its small size and very small selection of topics.
Looking at it now it still holds the same topics which I think is a mistake, but yet this forum looks as if it targets the lesser developed webmaster. In comparison if you take codingforums.com or ozzu.com you will notice their topics are seperated and (all have heavy traffic) for each programming language while Webmaster-forums.net has it tied all in one (Programming). This is a real downside for a poster like me because I want things organized and my ASP and PHP seperate!
However, for a not so experienced webmaster this is a perfect layout… so today I took the plunge and registered with Webmaster-forums.net - so far I have 2 posts and we shall see what kind of forum I am dealing with.
